ADMINISTRATION, SOCIETE CIVILE – BUBANZA, Mardi 20 Avril 2021 – M. NIZIGIYIMANA Cléophas, Gouverneur de BUBANZA, participait à un atelier de deux jours, destiné aux administratifs provinciaux, renforçant leurs capacités en leadership et en bonne gouvernance, organisé par l’Association Tugenderubuntu pour la Consolidation de la Paix (ATCP), soutenue financièrement par la Confédération Swisse et les Pays-bas.

          Chez les BARUNDI, il existe une CORPORATION DE GESTIONNAIRE JUSTE, permettant d’assurer LA BONNE GOUVERNANCE. Les membres de cette CORPORATION sont appelés TUTSI ou BATUTSI [ http://burundi-agnews.org/TUTSI ]. Le TUTSI burundais est responsable de LA GESTION JUSTE d’une POLITIQUE de la PLANIFICATION DES BARUNDI, soit L’ENSEMBLE DES POLITIQUES DES BARUNDI.
